About
Operational improvement is the product.
Taysera is a specialist practice for operational systems on Microsoft. The work is process, data, and automation. AI is used when it changes a specific task. The value is knowing the process well enough to choose the architecture, then implementing it.
The rule
Use the simplest Microsoft architecture capable of solving the business problem. AI, Azure, Fabric, Dataverse, and custom development show up when the use case requires them. Not before.
That keeps the system inside the tenant people already sign in to, and it keeps the design explainable to the person who owns the process.
How a tool gets chosen
| The situation | The usual choice |
|---|---|
| A light process with files and a list | SharePoint |
| An application with relationships and security roles | Dataverse |
| A relational database the business already runs | SQL |
| Analysis across many sources | Fabric |
| Structured input from employees | Power Apps |
| A workflow or an approval | Power Automate |
| A message the team already lives in | Teams or Outlook |
| A management view of performance | Power BI |
| A question in natural language | Copilot Studio |
| Custom logic, a legacy system, or a scale the platform cannot hold | Azure |
Who we work with
Operations, engineering, manufacturing support, quality, supply chain, procurement, finance operations, project offices, and internal services. The pattern is the same outside industry: a Microsoft 365 tenant, and a process that still depends on a spreadsheet and a mailbox.
